Easy and convenient online account management is available for our families. All registered families are able to log in to their account to view and print their schedule, track their absences and makeups, update credit card information and more.

If you are new to DCC, please register through our online registration form. Simply click on the word "Register" or "Waitlist" next to the Creative Movers Preschool to access the registration form.

Current DCC families should register through the parent portal found in the top right corner of our homepage.

Click on Find Classes > Add a Filter > Session >Select Session (Creative Movers 2025-2026) >Add Filter

After you are enrolled in a class, you will be able to use the Parent Portal. You will create a Parent Portal account by entering the email address and portal password that you provided at the time of registration. If it is your first time visiting your portal and do not know your password, click "Forgot your password" or "Need to get started?" A password will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. Use that to log in to your account. From there you can change your password.

The Dance Conservatory of Charleston Creative Movers Preschool has the following additional fees. All fees are non-refundable.

1. Registration Fee of $150/student per school year due at the time of registration.
2. A Supply Fee of $100/student per school year is due July 1.
3. A Late Payment Fee of $15 will be applied to the family account for any account in arrears ten days after the payment due date.
4. Performance Rehearsal Fees are separate and participation is optional. Fees will be applied to the account at the time of registration. DCC will process the payment on the posted date. Please see important registration and payment due dates below. All performance registration opens May 15, 2025.

PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Performance participation is optional but recommended for optimal improvement and experience. The Rehearsal Fee covers rehearsals, choreography, and costume rental. Rehearsal Fee is due by the posted due date or at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Tickets for the performance are sold separately.

1. Registration for DCC’s production of The Nutcracker will open on May 15, 2024 and will remain open until September 1, 2024.  Payments will be processed with the credit card on file on September 1, 2024.   PLEASE NOTE:  Spaces are limited.  Early sign up is highly recommended.   

2. Registration for Dance In Bloom, DCC’s spring performance, will open on May 15, 2024.  Payments will be processed on December 15, 2024.  Registration will remain open until January 10, 2025; however, space is limited and is not guaranteed after December 15, 2024.  

3. The Performance calendar of important and mandatory dates for the 2025/2026 school year will be available May 15, 2025.

All class registrations are for the 2025/2026 school year, September-May. Registration in the Creative Movers Preschool is a full year program and is not eligible for withdrawal. Exceptions include moving greater than 25 miles.

We offer a 5% discount at the time of registration for full payment for the year (Fall and Spring Semesters together) and a 10% sibling discount.

DCC requires a credit card on file at the time of registration. Credit cards are the ONLY payment method accepted. Once registration is submitted, the registrant has authorized DCC to use the account information for all account billing (to include tuition, rehearsal fees, late fees and any other studio or dance related expenses on your account.)

No additional credit card fees applied.

For security reasons, DCC does not accept payments at the studio. All payments must be made online through automatic payment processing.

DCC will process your registration and semester tuition (or first tuition installment when applicable), within two business days with the credit card on file.

Semester installment payments will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month and are due no later than the 10th of each month. After the 10th of the month, a $15 late fee will be charged and enforced on all accounts past due. DCC will notify the account holder of failed payment attempts and late notices via email.

DCC will process your registration fee within two business days with the credit card on file.  The first tuition payment and supply fee will be processed on July 1 and subsequent tuition payments will be processed September - May.

Tuition payments will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month and are due no later than the 10th of each month.
